Project Review Services

Project Preparation
We ensure that, NOT only, Projects are ready for kick-off with clearly defined requirements, but also stakeholders are aware of their roles, responsibilities, and assignments, and time commitments throughout the Project life-cycle.  The Project Preparation stage ensures that we collectively:

  • Review and Finalize Project Objectives
  • Establish Your Project Success Factors
  • Prepare & Review ALL Project Documents
  • Define Your Project Deliverables
  • Know the CLEAR Vision of what the Project is all about

Project Readiness Assessment (PRA)
The PRA is designed to evaluate projects at the earliest stages to ensure they are positioned for success.  With the PRA, we aim to understand potential Project challenges, establish proactive actions, engage the Team, and highlight any potential risks.  The PRA ensures that we collectively:

  • Outline Project Organizational Chart (Governance Structure)
  • Establish Project Management Methodology or work with vendors' Project Management Methodology
  • Define Project Reporting Structure & Frequency
  • Ensure Sufficiency of Status Reporting & Communications
  • Institute a Project Change Management Plan
  • Anticipate Potential Challenges
  • Engage the Team for a full implementation

Project Health Check (PHC)
The PHC provides us an opportunity to validate the status of the Project, through every step, and proactively address any emerging issues as issues are the foundation for risks and timeline slippage if not managed and corrected according to a set schedule, assignments and management.  The PHC includes:

  • Effectively manage ALL Project Issues
  • Definition and assessment of potential Project Risks
  • Build corresponding Mitigation Plans
  • Validate Project Progress and Status
  • Monitor Deliverables, Schedule, and Costs
  • Manage overall Project Activities
